About UsChallengers group's major program mission Challengers Ki Pathshala (Free Education Center) provides basic education, skills, and nutrition support to the economical disadvantage and underprivileged children of our society. Taking a dream of educated India, work is being done to take these underprivileged children of the society towards education in Challengers Ki Pathshala. Challengers Ki Pathshala has flourished over Delhi NCR, Where children are encouraged to participate in other activities along with education.
Plastic Lao, Shiksha Pao is an Initiative taken by Challengers Group in which, instead of education, children are being charged waste plastic as a fee in our centres. Through this initiative, we are focusing on the Education, Environment, and Skill development of children. Children deposit single-use-plastic bottles at the pathshala. After collecting all the bottles, we demonstrate to the children to reuse, reduce and recycle these bottles through art and craft. This initiative has the sole purpose of how we can be able to do three things with one action.
Power of SHE serves the needs of socially and economically disadvantaged women and girls and prepares them for personal careers and economic success. We seek to educate and empower socially and economically disadvantaged women and girls to make healthy choices in every aspect of their lives by providing personal development services through various workshops, Personal hygiene, and Mentoring programs.
With the onset of winter, many people struggle to stay warm and comfortable, particularly those who are homeless or living in poverty. The Challengers Group recognized this need and stepped up to provide essential support to those who need it most. Through our initiative Jan Sheet Rakshak, we provides support to the vulnerable individuals and families in the community. This drive aims to provide warm clothes and blankets to individuals and families who are most vulnerable to the cold weather. Our team of dedicated volunteers working tirelessly to ensure that the drive is a success. They are collecting donations of warm clothing and blankets, sorting and organizing them, and distributing them to those in need.

Our world is home to a diverse range of creatures, but sadly, many of them are voiceless. They cannot speak up for themselves and are often subject to cruelty and neglect. This is where our NGO comes in - we are dedicated to working for the rights and welfare of these voiceless creatures. We provide them with food, water and Shelter. Our volunteers from different areas feed the stray Dogs, Cows, Birds and Cats on a daily Basis. The Birds shelters made up of Coconut coir and Canisters were made and installed in various areas of Noida.
